Data Security
DocDelta uses high trust third-party vendors and hosting partners, such as Amazon & IBM for hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology we need to run DocDelta. Your personally identifiable information is kept secure, however, no data stored or transmitted over the Internet is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee security. You use the Service at your own risk, and you’re responsible for taking reasonable measures to secure your account.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
Modifying or Deleting Your Personal Information
If you are a consumer and you do not want content about you included on our platform, you can contact info@docdelta.com and we will suppress your information from being accessed via our platform. However this pertains to DocDelta’s database only and not data providers and companies that already have this data.
If you have a DocDelta account, you can access, modify your personal information, or delete your account. To protect information from accidental or malicious destruction, we may maintain residual copies for a brief time period. But, if you delete your account, your information and content will be unrecoverable after that time. DocDelta may preserve and maintain copies of your information when required to do so by law.
Third-Party Links
Some of the content that you see displayed on DocDelta is not hosted by DocDelta. These embedded content including links to third party websites are hosted by a third-party and embedded in the DocDelta platform. Clicking on or interacting with with these links is not covered by this privacy policy. DocDelta does not control what data third parties collect in cases like this, or what they will do with it. They are covered by the privacy policy of the third-party service.
Mobile/Cellphones information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
